Call to order 8pm via Zoom

Treasure report: current balance $6,471. Paid PO Box dues.  Deposited CCJBA refund of $600. 

President report: CCJBA planning to have a season. Will move start date back a month. 

Important dates: 
March 1st 2021 application for participation. 
April 15th team counts due. 
May 1st roster/cards with uniform numbers. 
May 15th start season thru end of July. Projected county tournament 7/16-7/18 and 7/23-7/25.
Coaches meeting somewhere between 5/1 and 5/15.
We are dependent on school fields to be able to have a season. 

Open registration on TBD season this year. No charge till we can figure it out if we will have a season. Fees TBD as well. Unanimous vote to open registration. 

Field box donated to Barlow JBO from GBSD. 

Kristin Hendrix will take over social media.
